Return and Refund Policy 📦

Only products with physical flaws, products damaged during transit, and products shipped incorrectly will be eligible for return. For us to approve the request, you must send us an email within the time limit provided with pictures of the defective or wrong products.

You need to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product by writing us on muskincustomercare@gmail.com.

If the product has been used, the seal has been broken, the serial number has been altered with, or any of these conditions are met, returns will not be accepted.

If the return is accepted as eligible, you'll get a refund or exchange. The products will be shipped back to you if it is determined that it cannot be returned.

In case you've made a payment online, we will return the money to the original payment method (bank, wallet, debit/credit card, etc.) within 7 business days of your request.

Within 14 working days of your request for a refund, we will credit your bank account with the sum from COD orders.
