Collaborations
Engagement – Influencer promotes our brand/content on agreed social media platforms. Collaboration is on a non-exclusive, non-employee basis.
Timeline – Content must be delivered within 7 days of product delivery. Delays must be informed in advance for rescheduling. Failure to deliver on time may require payment of product cost + shipping, and possible penalties/legal action.
Products – Products sent in barter are mutually agreed. If allergic reaction occurs, influencer must provide photo proof + doctor’s certificate; only then will the contract be cancelled. Deliverables – Agreed number of posts/stories must be submitted for approval. We have 3 days to request revisions.
Brand Usage by Influencer – Influencer may use our brand name/materials only for agreed promotional purposes. Cancellation – Either party may cancel with 14 days’ written notice, subject to mutual agreement and applicable compensation. Cancellation is accepted before the dispatch of products and if Influencer cancels after receiving, or looses the product, or damages it and is unable to shoot content they are liable to pay the product amount to the brand.
Payment - Collaborations are on a barter basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
